Refund and Returns Policy

At Shree Jyoti Hub, we take great care in delivering quality spiritual and religious products. We value your trust and satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy explains our terms regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us at aub@shreejyotihub.com or via WhatsApp (if available).
  • Shree Jyoti Hub reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:
    • Product unavailability
    • Invalid address or contact details
    • Fraudulent activity or COD misuse

If an order is cancelled by us, you will be notified immediately.


2. Returns and Replacements

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product received is incorrect or incomplete.

Conditions:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing aub@shreejyotihub.com with your order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • After verification, our support team will approve or reject your return request.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for approved return requests.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be made via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation from the customer.
  • Delivery and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Used, altered, or partially consumed items
  • Religious or puja items that have been opened or used
  • Custom-made or personalized products

5. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a replacement, please initiate a return request for the damaged item and place a new order after approval.


6. Return Shipping

  • In case of a verified defective or incorrect item, Shree Jyoti Hub will arrange pickup through our in-house logistics service at no extra cost.
  • If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to ship the product back, and the shipping cost will be reimbursed after verification.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

This Refund & Return Policy is governed by the laws of Bihar, India, and all disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar.
